At J & R Meats, we take pride in processing your beef with care and quality. All processing fees are based on hanging weight. Every carcass is hung for 14–20 days (unless you request otherwise), ensuring tenderness and flavor. Steaks & Roasts are double-wrapped in freezer paper for long-lasting freshness. Hamburger is packed in durable, leak-proof bags.
